Joe Montana, one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, was captured in this 1990 black and white press photo. The photo measures 11 by 14 inches. It is unframed.
There is no date on the photo, but going by the score showing on the scoreboard and the fact that there was only 1:57 left in the game, I found a webpage with the history of all 49er games and ending scores. The 49ers game at Atlanta on October 14, 1990 ended in the score of 45 – 35, the only game ending with that score.
CONDITION:
-Looking at my photo, just above and to the left of the Bud sign, you'll see a white line about 1.5 inches long. I've felt all along that area and it is not a scratch so my only guess would be the possibility of something was on the lens when the photo was taken. If I were going to keep this photo, I'd take a pencil and lightly color over that white line with pencil lead.
-Again, looking at my photo, about a half inch to the left of that white line you'll see a cloud. Running vertically for about 1.5 inches and right down the middle of that cloud, there is a thin crease. Because it's in that cloud it's very hard to see it.
Other than that, there are no rips or tears in the photo.

The picture will be protected by cardboard and mailed in a padded envelope. By doing that, it will exceed the postal limit of 1/4 of an inch in thickness and can not be mailed by regular envelope mail. It will be sent by USPS First Class Mail Parcel. Buyer to pay $4.80 delivery charges.

At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.
Also, every January the postal service increases shipping charges. This year, many price increases were a bit steep with some package categories adding as much as a dollar on to an already high shipping charge. I try to absorb some of the new charges but that's getting harder with each increase.
International shipping charges also took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making a purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any international transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
