It's a General Electric model number 8DW58Y4, serial number 15831. It is vintage, but I don't know the date. It has needle movement and the dial moves smoothly but is a little tight (maybe it's supposed to be that way).
Buyer to pay USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate delivery charges from Nevada of $7.95. If, depending on your location, the charge is less I'll refund overly excessive fees.
