This antique egg beater has been around for over 90 years. It's not the prettiest to look at, but it's in great working condition. There is some rust and some patina built up, but a little steel wool should take that off.
It measures just under 11 inches long. It has a wood bulb handle at the top that is green in color. There are two spots where some paint is missing, the largest spot is about 1/2 inch long and you should be able to see it in my photo. The large gear on the side turns and connects with two smaller gears, one on each beater. When the handle on the large gear is turned, the beaters jump to life and spin like crazy. That large gear is marked "A&J" and "Pat. Oct. 9, 1923".
