There are 3 vintage Walter T. Foster Publishing Company art books in this listing. Buyer gets all 3. The books are all oversized and measure 10.25 by 13.75 inches. They are all profusely illustrated, as would be expected.
I found a brief history online of the Walter T. Foster Art Company and it stated that in the 1940s and 1950s that the books were priced at one dollar. These books would have to be at the later end of that date range because they show an address in Tustin California that includes a zipcode. Zip codes came into existence in the mid to late 1950s.
The three books included are:
- Number 126 titled "So You Want Snow Scenes to Paint" by Mannie Gonsalves. It has 34 pages.
- Number 98 titled "How To Paint Boats" by Ralph S. Coventry. It has 30 pages and is missing the back cover.
- Number 56 titled "How to Mix Colors And Materials To Use (for the amateur, student, artist, decorator and housepainter". It has 38 pages. This last book has a price of $2.00 on the cover, so it's from the late 1950s to 1960s.
I see no writing or tears on any pages (except for the back cover missing on number 98).
The book will be mailed via USPS Media Mail from Northern California. The delivery charge is $4.70.

All items in my listings come from estate sales, garage sales, or various auctions. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
