This Victorian design flower basket pin has the hallmark on back of the letter 'P" plus the word 'France'. That hallmark belongs to Catherine Popesco and states that the piece was made in France.
The pin measures almost an inch in each direction. It has Silvertone metal, Swarovski crystals, and is enameled. The body of the basket is crimson red and ivory white in color. I have seen her jewelry described as having a Guilloche design.
I found the following statement on a history of vintage jewelry website, "Every piece of Catherine Popesco jewelry is hand crafted using swarovski crystals and vintage inspired settings".

This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable.
