The White Horse Cellar was located at the corner of Piccadilly and Arlington in London. These glasses are from that establishment. They come from a friend's mother's estate. My friend said her mother went to London and she believes that was in 1971.
These 2 glasses are 3 1/2" tall, have a 3" opening, and a 3 1/2 inch diameter base of heavy glass. They hold 8 ounzes.
Evenly spaces around each glass are symbols from the year 1742. One is a hanging sign for the White Horse Cellar, one is a sign from the Tallyho, and one is the symbol from The Star & Garter. The coloring is very bright and vivid. The glasses were never used and were only displayed in an enclosed glass cabinet.

EXPLANATION OF SHIPPING CHARGES:
Google will not include items in their search pages unless a shipping charge is stated or unless calculated shipping is offered. It's easy to quote a standard shipping price on items weighing less than a pound (1 to 15 ounces) because the per ounce costs are the same regardless of ship-to location from coast to coast. When the weight gets to a pound or more, shipping charges are based on zip code. On items over 1 pound, I quote a charge from Arizona to the east coast of $9.95, which quite often doesn't cover the entire cost but I pick up the difference. The closer to Arizona that the item is shipping to, the lesser the charge will be and I will refund an appropriate amount to cover any overpayment if needed. If that is uncomfortable for you, feel free to send me your zip code and I can quote you an accurate shipping cost.
COMBINED SHIPPING INFORMATION
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can fit safely into a single box. However, my web host does not have the ability to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.
Also, every January the postal service increases shipping charges. This year, many price increases were a bit steep with some package categories adding as much as a dollar on to an already high shipping charge. I try to absorb some of the new charges but that's getting harder with each increase.
International shipping charges also took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making a purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any international transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
