I recently purchased two of these little pendant jugs at an estate sale. They were being offered as 'perfume jug" pendants, but I really don't think that's what they are. Main reason I say that is that every perfume pendant I've seen has had a skinny hard plastic tube attached to the underside of the screw cap that would rest inside the bottle when closed and thereby when opened the plastic tube would be touched or rolled on the skin to leave a small amount of perfume.
Both these pendants that I purchased have only a very short 1/4 inch metal piece attached to the bottom of the screw on lid. Because of that, I rule out the possibility of a perfume jug. That leaves a 'poison pill" pendant, but the hole is very small measuring about 3/16th of an inch opening, so a pill would have to be very small to fit into it.
For my thinking, that only leaves the possibility of it being a memorial urn pendant. There's enough room inside to hold a small amount of a loved one's or precious pet's ashes.
By the way, the lady that I purchased it from said she owned it for quite a few years and that nothing was ever put inside. She said she just liked to collect unusual things.

The pendant measures 3/4 inches tall with the lid on. It's also about 3/4 inches across. It has a small chain for attaching it to a necklace. As for the material, it is silver in color but there are no metal content markings. I touched a magnet to it and it does have a very slight pull, so I suspect, but am not sure, that it is silver plate.
It's in great condition and just needs a light cleaning outside. There are no scratches or dents. On the bottom, there is one area that the side is barely flat, but it's unnoticeable unless you're looking for it.
Remember, this is for the pendant jug that you see in my photo only. There is no necklace chain.

International shipping charges also took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making a purchase. All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
