This vintage Max Factor lipstick holder is in wonderful condition. It looks as if it's never been used. It is gold in color and has a floral top. The closure is tight. Inside there is a mirror that has no distortion. There also is no lipstick, which is great because now you can add your favorite color right away.
This is referred to as Max Factor's 'Hi-Society" lipstick holder. It measures 2-1/4 inches side to side, 1-1/4 inches front to back, 3/4 inch tall. There is a patent number on the bottom and that number dates to the time period of late 1958 to early 1959.
I figured something like this just could not be around for over 56 years and be in such wonderful condition, so I looked hard in an attempt to find at least one scratch, and I finally did. On the bottom there is a very faint scratch about 3/8ths of an inch long. That's all I could find.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail Parcel from California. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $4.40.
I gladly combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can safely fit in to a single package. It is best if possible to contact me first to let me know which items you'll be purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges, otherwise at checkout you will be charged the full shipping fee for each item.
