162nd U.S. Army Field Artillery DUI insignia pin. It has the motto “Hasta El Cabo”. The pin measures just about 1 inch. The back is marked “D22 Made in U.S.A.”. According to the Office of Heraldry that mark is from the time frame of 1974 to present day. This pin is in excellent condition. The pin has double clutch holders
The pin was part of a large collection of insignia pins that I purchased at an estate sale. They are attached to a small thin cardboard square. The writing on the cardboard was put there by the previous owner and that's great because I can't imagine how long it would take me to look up and obtain information on over 700 pins. The previous owner wrote "162nd Field Artillery” on the cardboard holder.
