This African American lady bust stands about 5.5 inches from the bottom to the top of her head. The feathers stand up about 2 inches over her head.
She is made of some type of hard acrylic. She has purple material around her shoulders a gold rope band around her neck, and chains in her hair. Although the colors of the feathers do not show in my photo, I believe the feathers are peacock.
Regarding the feathers standing up…. I purchased this at a garage sale. I asked the seller if that was natural and she said yes, that is exactly how it was when she purchased it at a Home Décor store. She said they had quite a few of these and they all had the feathers sticking up like this.
