This African American lady bust stands about 5.5 inches from the bottom to the top of her head. Her hat stands up just a tad over an inch higher when placed on her head. .
She is made of some type of hard acrylic. She has purple material around her shoulders. Her hat is red with black feathers and two purple roses. The hat is not permanently attached and can be removed if desired.
I purchased several African American busts at a garage sale. The others will be in their own listing. This listing is for the lady with the two purple roses on her hat.

SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. Previously, shipping charges were based on weight and zip code. Now, the postal service has divided the United States in to 8 zones and all packages are charged by weight, size, and destination zone.
