This pendant features a silver tone claw talon clutching a jade/jadeite sphere. The design is highly symbolic of spiritual energy, wealth, success, and prosperity. The pendant measures 1.25 inches long. The orb measures just under 1/2 inch round.
I tested the orb using a Presidium Gem Tester and verified that it is Jadeite Jade.
As for the age, I do not know. I purchased it at an estate sale. I will say that it is in excellent condition with no tarnish.

A personal note about shipping costs….
The shipping charges are set by the U.S. Postal Service.
Here’s the reason for the high charges….. Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become more profitable.
On top of the three increases, the postal service has now divided the nation in to 8 postal zones. Each time a package crosses into another zone, the price increases. I am in Arizona, so most all of my shipments pass through multiple zones.
It's a 10 year plan that the postal service started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases of shipping charges each year. I fear seeing what the costs will be at the end of the plan.
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can fit safely into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment.
