This Cub Scouts bookmark is probably made of brass. It measures 3.75 inches long. The blue area at the top is enamel.

I obtained it at a sale and the seller said he is positive it's from the mid 1960s because it was his. He just couldn't remember the exact year. Other than possible needing to be polished (if desired), there are no major problems.
