The complete title of this book is “Elmwood 2002 In the Shadow of the Elms”. It is a hardcover illustrated book and has a dust jacket. It has 328 pages and measures 9 by 9.25 inches. It is in very good condition.
The introduction is by famed Shelby Foote.
It is rare due to it being a first edition copy signed by both the author Perre Magnes and the photographer Murray Riss.
It includes bibliographical references and chronicles the legends and families of Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis. It includes an index of many of the people buried there.

SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. Previously, shipping charges were based on weight and zip code. Now, the postal service has divided the United States in to 8 zones and all packages are charged by weight, size, and destination zone. This year's increases have added an additional 1.36 cents to up to $4.03 on packages. I try to absorb some of the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year, unfortunately, I have to increase the shipping. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the changes when possible.
The shipping charge that I am quoting is for USPS Media Mail delivery. Media Mail is the most inexpensive method that the post office offers and is for items like books, music, etc. The problem is that since it’s the most inexpensive, it’s also the most delayed as for as expected delivery time. I’ve had Media Mail packages take over 3 weeks to be delivered. I will be adding insurance to this package in hopes that will help.
We do have the option of mailing it by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging which should take 3-4 days for delivery, but that rate would be about $8 more.
If you prefer Flat Rate shipping, let me know and I’ll adjust the invoice before payment is made.
