This postcard shows the pool area of the Fabulous Flamingo Hotel Casino in Las Vegas Nevada. The card is not dated, but I did find two of the exact card on a postcard collector's website. The two that I saw had both been mailed with one having a postmark date in 1954 and the other had a postmark date in 1955.
A couple of other clues that confirm a date of the 1950s for this card is the way California is abbreviated on the back. You'll notice the location of the publisher as being Santa Ana Calif. In 1963 state abbreviations were changed to the 2 letter format that we use today, and also in 1963 the zone digit (the number 1 in this card's case), was changed to the 5 digit zip code we use today. Both of those tasks took several years of planning and adjustments prior to implementation
The card that I am offering was never addressed, stamped, or mailed.
The front of the card shows the Olympic sized pool with many patrons sunning and relaxing.
The description on the back states:

The Hotel Flamingo's famous Olympic pool is one of the nations finest and has been the setting for many of Hollywood's great film and TV productions.

The card measures roughly 3.5 by 5.5 inches and is very bright in color. The card has straight even edges. The card has a divided back, meaning one side for the address and one side for writing a message.
I recently purchased a few dozen older postcards at an estate sale. The subjects of the cards are in and around the Las Vegas area. They are of 'old Vegas" and many are of the old casinos and hotels that have long ago been demolished. CONDITION:
I am not a postcard collector and don't know how to 'rate" postcards. Personally, I think the card is in great condition for being 60 years old. I can see that there are tiny bumps to the corners, but they are so small that I can't get a measurement.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
