Genealogy for States, Irwin, Hartzell, Harmon, Price Family

I recently purchased this set of genealogical research at our local flea market. Being the genealogist for our family, I know very well how important these types of records can be. Probably at least half of the info is in regards to the 'States" family. The remaining surnames are listed in my title.

There are mostly photos and surprisingly just about all of them have writing on the back that says who is in each photo. There are 25 actual photos but most are re-prints. There are also 13 photocopied pages with multiple photos on most all.

There's not much paper work. What is here is a death certificate for Violet R. Zermeno who lived and died in Antioch California. It shows her father was Cecil Price and her mother was Ethel Whorton, both from Arkansas.

There is a photocopy of a letter dated May 3, 1938 Rural Valley Pennsylvania. The envelope was addressed to Mrs William States and the return address shows it was from Mr. William States. Both address are in Pennsylvanis but have different cities.

Finally, there is an envelope. On the front is written "Grandma States" hair. 1/24/98". Taped inside the envelope is a strip of hair.

There are a couple of other items, one a photo and one a paper item that I don't believe are related to these families, but they were in the envelope so I will send them along.

It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.

I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items will safely fit into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they come from homes where smoking or pets were present. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold in the same condition as when I obtained them.
