This postcard shows the front area of the Horseshoe Club in Downtown Las Vegas. The card is not dated, but looking at the vehicles in the picture, I'm guessing the decade is the 1950s. The card was included in a collection of postcards of the Las Vegas and surrounding area that I purchased at an estate sale. All other cards in the collection are from the 1950s and 1960s, so I'm assuming this card is from the same time frame.

The description on the back states:
The Horseshoe Club
Las Vegas, Nevada
A popular casino on Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. A large restaurant and all of the popular games.

The card measures roughly 3.5 by 5.5 inches and has great color. The card has straight even edges. The card has a divided back, meaning one side for the address and one side for writing a message.

CONDITION:
I am not a postcard collector and don't know how to 'rate" postcards. Personally, I think the card is in great condition for being around 70 years old. I can see that there are tiny bumps to the corners, but they are so small that I can't get a measurement. Just to the right of the center of the card towards the top there is a hair size faint white line about one eighth of an inch long, but you have to look hard to see it. Also, on the right edge, the picture barely misses the side end of the card. Researching that, I find that it was quite normal in the old days for the picture to not fit exactly.

SHIPPING:
Buyer to pay $3.50 First Class Mail delivery charges. That cost will cover shipping for up to the purchase of 4 postcards.

I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items will safely fit into a single box. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASED: Sorry, I do not ship to locations outside of the United States.

All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they come from homes where smoking or pets were present. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold in the same condition as when I obtained them.
