This empty clear glass perfume bottom has the I.W. Rice sticker on the bottom. With the stopper in place it measures 4.25 inches tall. The stopper is frosted glass and is heart shaped. It has ground glass at the bottom where it inserts into the bottle.
I do not know the age because I purchased it at an estate sale. However, there is no perfume scent at all inside so it's been sitting empty for quite a while.
