Unfortunately, I know very little about this set. I'm not sure if its Japanese or Chinese, but it's Asian oriented. It appears to have never been used. I'm calling it a 'Travel" set because of the pouch it's all contained in.
There are 6 cups measuring 2 inches across the top and standing 1.25 inches tall. Each cup has a dragon on the side and a logo design on the bottom. Cups are white inside, bright red outside.
Of the other two cups, one has a small pour spout, the other does not. There is one lid and it fits both of these 2 larger cups so I'm not sure which one the lid belongs to. They both stand 2 inches tall. Sorry, but I do not know the purpose of these 2 taller cups.
The delivery cost that I am quoting is for a one pound package going to the east coast. If you live in or near to Arizona, the charges will most like be less. In the event of that happening, I'll refund an appropriate amount.
Delivery will be via USPS Mail Parcel from Arizona. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $8.99.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items will safely fit into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.
