This charm is from Lenox. It measures 2.5 inches across and is made of fine porcelain china. I purchase a few of these recently at an estate sale. They are all in their original packaging and clear see through sleeves. All appear to have never been used.
This charm had a small card attached to it with a date of 2003 and saying who it was from. I did find a couple of comments about this charm on a Lenox forum. One person said they’ve had theirs since 1997. It is no longer showing on the Lenox website which probably means it is discontinued.

Previously, shipping charges were based on weight and zip code. Now, the postal service has divided the United States in to 8 zones and all packages are charged by weight, size, and destination zone. This year's increases have added an additional 1.36 cents to up to $4.03 on packages. I try to absorb some of the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years.
