This item has multi uses. It can be worn as a lapel pin, or add a chain to it and wear it as a necklace. (Chain not included). It measures about 1 inch long by 1/2 inch across. It is gold in color.
I believe , but am not absolutely positive, that this designates an officer.
The pin is not dated, but I purchased several Lions Club pins at an estate sale and most of the others have dates from the late 1970s to mid 1980s, so I assume this pin is from the same time frame.
