There are two flip top jars offered in this listing.
One is printed with "MGM Grand, World's Largest Hotel, Casino & Theme Park". It stands 5.5 inches tall and measures 2.5 inches across the bottom. The jar is not dated but the theme park opened in December 1993. In 2001 the theme park was renamed "The Park at MGM Grand", and it closed permanently in 2002. So, this jar should date to between 1993 and 2001, thus it should be between 18 to 26 years old.
The second jar is printed with "Mirage Las Vegas". It also stands 5.5 inches tall and measures 2.5 inches across the bottom. This jar is also not dated but the Mirage opened in 1989.
I purchased the jars at an estate sale and was told by the seller that to her knowledge the jars were never used and have been in storage for many years. The jars are in excellent condition with no cracks, crazing, or breakage. The flip tops have a very secure fit and a very tight snap when opening and closing.

SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable. It’s a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we’ve got years to go with multiple price increases each year. I try to absorb some of the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year, unfortunately, I have to increase the shipping. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the changes when possible.
