This package of genealogy material was found at a swapmeet in the San Francisco East Bay area. Being a genealogist myself and knowing the value that these types of items can have to a researcher, I always try to purchase this type of information in hopes of the family would like to have it back.
It was all inside a zippered pouch from Baker Funeral Homes, Inc of Fort Worth.
The contents of the pouch include:
The Last Will of Orian Curtis Loving, who died May 23, 1984 in Fort Worth (official Will with embossed stamps)
Funeral pamphlets
Newspaper clippings
A note pad with hand written information about insurance policies and funeral arraignments
A copy of the news release that was sent to the newspapers
The funeral service order and agreement that details all aspects of his funeral including every expense for clothing, transportation to Trinity Cemetery, the use of the funeral home facilities, the casket etc.
There was also a memorial service pamphlet for a Mrs. Wylma Williams Jones who died June 13, 1988.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
