This is an unusual postcard. In fact, I'm not sure if it's an actual postcard at all. It's the size of a postcard, and has an address and stamp area like a postcard, but it's not thick like a post card.
It is tri-fold. Unfolded, it measures 5.5 by 11.25 inches. The back side (the address side) has a map, the address area, and a photo of the depot. As you can see in one of the photos below, the return address has been filled out, but not the mailing address.
The inside has a story that serves as a historical timeline for the city of Rhyolite, but written as if it was a description of a trip to Rhyolite.
There is no stamp affixed and it was never mailed. As to the age, I'm guessing the pamphlet is from some time in the 1950s, possibly 1960s.
I recently purchased a few dozen older postcards at an estate sale. The subjects of the cards are in and around The Las Vegas area. They are of 'old Vegas" and many are of the old casinos and hotels that have long ago been demolished. CONDITION:
I am not a postcard collector and don't know how to 'rate" postcards. There are two or three short tears at the edges, but they are so small that I can't even give you a measurement. Other than that it looks good to me with very little age related wear.

All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
