These printing plates are from Armstrong College and carry the logo of "Armstrong College of Business Administration" which was commonly known as just Armstrong College. It was located in Berkeley California. It was founded in 1914 and closed in 1986.
These plates are not dated, but judging from the plate that shows the 4 men, my guess is that they are from the 1950s to 1960s time frame. The plates are metal of some type. I lightly cleaned them using dish soap, warm water, and a toothbrush, but you'll probably want to clean them further.
One plate shows 4 men. There are no names associated with the men. It measures 2 inches by 6.25 inches.
The other plate is shaped like a backwards letter L. It shows a tower, a person riding a horse, and the Armstrong College logo with the address in Berkeley. It is about one in solid metal, stands 6.75 inches tall and is 4 inches across at the bottom. It is quite heavy.

This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year.
