The Royal Inn Casino was located on Convention Center Drive in Las Vegas. It opened in 1970 but never really gained a following. It was sold, with the completion of the sale in early 1980.
I don’t know the date of these matches, but going by the above dates they have to be from between 1970 and 1980.
There are two books of matches, neither have ever been used. They are as complete as they were the first time they were handed out.
Although small, once they are wrapped for protection, they will be too large for mailing in a standard envelope. Shipping will be via USPS First Class Mail Package. Buyer to pay $5.75 shipping charges. Shipping is from Arizona.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
