There are six wood coasters in this set. Each coaster has the name of a city in Nevada. All coasters show Vegas Vic which was a famous logo for casinos, and each one says "Howdy Podner".
The six Nevada cities represented (as they appear in my photo) are Virginia City, Las Vegas, Reno, Boulder City, Carson City, The Silver City.
I purchased the set at an estate sale. At the sale, there was a small card with the set that said "1950s".
As you will also see in my photo, several coasters were well used. My intent when I purchased them was to restore them, but I've had them for a while and just don't know when I'll get around to it. It shouldn't be too hard of a project for someone with a study hand, a couple different colors of model paint in small bottles, and some lacquer to coat them with.
The Carson City and Boulder City coasters are still in great condition.
The Silver City and Reno coasters has scrapes.
The Las Vegas and Virginia City coasters will need the most restoration.
The coasters measure 3.25 inches across and stand one quarter of an inch high.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail Parcel from Nevada. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $6.49.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items will safely fit into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.
