At an estate sale recently, I purchased a small box of vintage hair clips. I have grouped them into 'themes" and will be posting several listings. All the hair clips are in wearable good condition, with many looking to be near new. If any have scratches, they would be faint surface scratches from sliding around in that box with other clips, so nothing deep or even noticeable.
The seller stated the clips were her grandmothers but the grandmother only fixed up her hair if she went somewhere important, like to church. The seller said she would think all clips would be from the 1950s to 1960s. She said her grandmother passed in 1972.
Listed below are the clips that are signed or have any markings. The below list matches the order the clips appear in my photo:
Left side, top to bottom
1 The comb has a row of small rhinestones along the top. It looks to have never been used. It is not marked.
2 Brown clip, 2nd from top is marked "Goody".
3 No markings
4 Marked "Made in France".
5 No markings
6 Leaf clip marked "Lady Ellen".
7 Flower clip marked "Lady Ellen". May be missing a bead in the center, can't tell for sure.
Of the 8 clips on the right hand side of my photo, there are no markings on any of those.

Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail Parcel from Nevada. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $5.40.
I gladly combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can safely fit in to a single package. It is best if possible to contact me first to let me know which items you'll be purchasing so that I can adjust the shipping charges, otherwise at checkout you will be charged the full shipping fee for each item. Should that happen, and if appropriate to do so, I refund a portion of those charges.
NOTE - With the January 2016 postal increase, all shipping charges increased and international shipping took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any international transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
