This tie bar is marked SWANK and features a race horse. The top bar measures 2.5 inches long and from it on both ends there is a small 2 inch chain. At the bottom of the chains there is a 5/8ths inch circle and within that circle is a horse head. The entire piece is gold in color.
Note, in my photo you'll see dark spots on the circle around the horse's head. Those are reflections and are not on the circle.
I purchased it and several other horse related pieces at an estate sale. It was obvious that the past owner had something to do with the racing industry as there were pictures, statues, and awards throughout the house.
