This vintage Cadillac nameplate is multi colored and measures 3.75 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall. Those measurements were taken at the widest points. I'm not sure of the material used to make the plate, but it's not metal. I would say it's made of some type of very hard plastic or possibly acrylic. There are 2 posts (or prongs) on the back. I purchased several vintage nameplates for various vehicles at an estate sale, so I have very limited info about each of them. I'm hoping the pictures will be sufficient.
I am guessing the age to be from the 1970s. I tried to research this plate online and found info that the Cadillac logo has change design 30 times over the years. This particular design was used in the 1970s. I saw several with the exact design but the difference was that all others that I saw were smaller.
As for condition, there are no cracks on the plate. There are some age related fine scratches and the bottom red square has a small dot of red paint missing. You should be able to see that in my photo.
