Offering one Barack Obama 44th President of the United States collectable commemorative coin. The coin is a John F. Kennedy 50 cent half dollar. Obama's color photo is featured on the 'heads" side of the coin. The coin is dated 1997.
It may be a little difficult to see the coin in my photo because it was contained in its original cellophane packaging and was sealed. I did not want to cut the cellophane open but eventually had to, to determine what was on the back side of the coin. The back is just as a half dollar would be with no colorization. Before cutting the package open, I researched the coin online to try to gather info on it, but I could not find another coin exactly like this one so I had to open the package.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail. Buyer to pay $5.50 delivery charges. Shipping is from Nevada.
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can fit safely into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable. It’s a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we’ve got years to go with multiple price increases each year. I try to absorb some of the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year, unfortunately, I have to increase the shipping. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the changes when possible.
