This Dalmatian figurine measures about 7 inches nose to tail by 5 inches tall. I purchased it at an estate sale so I have very limited information on it. There are no markings to help determine an age, but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably from the 1950 to 1960 decades.
I believe it is porcelain. It appears to be hand painted with a feathered brush design. There are no cracks or chips. It will need to be cleaned but I don't know what to use on it and I wouldn't want to damage it. It's not bad, it just needs a gentle wipe down.

This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable.
