This little turtle hold a cone of incense. It is metal of some kind, is yellow, green, and black in color and has an enamel coating. It measures 2 inches front to back and 1.75 inches side to side. It stands 3/4 inch at the highest point. It has never been used.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases the shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable.
