This Vince Gill pin back button is from the early 1980s. It is in excellent condition with no scratches, scrapes, bends or dents. The pin measures 3 inches round.
I recently purchased a couple dozen various pins advertising many different celebrities that performed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from a lady who worked the concert room at Caesar’s Palace. She said she worked there for about 5 years in the late 1970s to early 1980s. She said that the employees who worked the concert room such as ushers, cocktail waitresses, etc all had to wear the button of the entertainer who would be appearing. She said she wore each pin four or five times and once the entertainer finished their engagement, she would wrap the pins in tissue and saved them in a box. She wanted to save them for her daughter, but the daughter has no interest in these “old performers”. (The daughter obviously doesn’t know great music when she hears it).
I will be listing all the pins as time allows so if you have a favorite performer be sure to check back often.
