The pendant portion of this vintage necklace has a cowboy theme. The pendant measures 1.5 inches across by 2 inches long. It pictures a pair of cowboy boots and what I believe is a heart at the bottom. It is marked on the back “Alpaca Mexico” and has a maker’s mark, but I can not determine what that mark is. It, (along with the chain), is gold in color but is not pure gold. My guess is that it is gold plated or gold filled.
The chain portion measures about 38 inches from end to end including the clasp, and when being worn it should hang about 16 inches.
The age is unknown as I obtained it at an estate sale. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s probably 1960s to 1970s.
