New, unopened packs. Each pack contains 3 sets. Each set contains 2 roses and 3 buttons. So in total, you will receive 6 roses and 9 buttons. The roses measure about 1.5 inches.
These are great embellishments for crafts, scrapbooking, card making, and many other uses.
