This poster shows a Wells Fargo stagecoach while stopped at what I am assuming is a relay station. The building does have a sign on its roof, but I cannot read what it says. Also note the laundry hanging on the back fence while drying.
I obtained several different posters from a friend who worked for Wells Fargo bank for 20 years and retired in 1982. She said she would have received these posters around the time frame of late 1970s to 1982 but did not remember the exact time.

The poster measures 14 by 20 inches. The condition is very good. Corners may have tiny bumps, and this poster has about a half inch partial bend at the lower right corner, but that would be covered with a frame. There are no pin holes and there is no tape residue.
