The Boyds Bears item with the style number 2840 is a rabbit figurine named "Myrtle... Believe!". It is part of The Folkstone Collection.
Boyds Bears & Friends are a collection of hand-painted resin figurines. The Bearstone Collection features sculptural interpretations of the popular Boyds plush bears.
The rabbit is holding a large egg (possibly an Easter Egg) and there is a smaller rabbit and a teddy bear just over halfway down. The figurine stands just over 8 inches tall.
Printed on the bottom it says "Where there is room in the heart there is always room in the house". That statement is attributed to the Thomas Moore quote. There is other info printed on the bottom also. This figurine carries a unique limited edition the number. It is dated 1995 and was retired in 1998.
The bear is in excellent condition. I see no chips, cracks, or other problems. However, there is no original box.

A PERSONAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS ….
The shipping charges are set by the U.S. Postal Service.
Here’s the reason for the high charges….. Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become more profitable.
On top of the three increases, the postal service has now divided the nation in to 8 postal zones. Each time a package crosses into another zone, the price increases. I am in Arizona, so most all of my shipments pass through multiple zones.
It's a 10 year plan that the postal service started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases of shipping charges each year. I fear seeing what the costs will be at the end of the plan.
