I recently purchased a collection of a couple dozen of these small pennant banners at an estate sale. The informational card stated that they were from the 1950s to 1970s time frame.
This listing is for the Hakone National Park in Japan pennant that you see in my photo. It shows a snow capped Mt. Fuji, tourist sky cars, and has Japanese writing. Sorry, but I don't know what it says. It is made of a lightweight cloth material. Vertically on the left side it measures 8 inches long. Horizontally, from the far left corners to the pointed tip on the right it measures 23 inches.
CONDITION:
In my opinion, it's in great condition. Around the outer edges is about a quarter of an inch of white overlay. There are several places in that overlay with small cracks, not tears though. On the bottom, about 2.5 inches from the pointed tip, there is a small chip and on the very end of the pointed tip there is a piece probably less than 1/8th of an inch that is missing. Other than that, I see no rips or tears and I see no tack holes.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
