Offered here is a three strand, heavy faceted crystal choker type necklace with graduating size beads. The set includes matching clip on earrings which is rare that they are still present as this set is stated to be from 1955-1960 time frame.
The gem-cutting style creates a hexagonal, or honeycomb-like pattern of interlocking facets on a gemstone, often designed for a brilliant rainbow reflection and a unique visual texture that produces a three-dimensional, look.
Beads are separated by crystal, faceted spacers. Strands are attached to silver tone bars, each set with five clear rhinestones. Hooked (as if on a neck), it is 8 inches long at the longest strand and it has a 3 inch long extender. The largest bead is 1/2 inch and the smallest is 1/8th inch. The beads are made with a clear crystal glass and have Aurora Borealis coating, giving them random flashes of brilliant color.
The necklace has a hook closure. Both matching earrings are stamped ‘Laguna’. Laguna is a trademark of Royal Craftsman Inc., founded in New York City in 1944.
The set is in a excellent condition with no breakage or splits.
Researching this set, I find it to be on page 233 of Julia C. Carroll "Collecting Costume Jewelry 303" as a 1955-1960 triple strand Laguna glass bead necklace set.

A personal note about shipping costs….
The shipping charges are set by the U.S. Postal Service.
Here’s the reason for the high charges….. Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become more profitable.
On top of the three increases, the postal service has now divided the nation in to 8 postal zones. Each time a package crosses into another zone, the price increases. I am in Arizona, so most all of my shipments pass through multiple zones.
It's a 10 year plan that the postal service started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases of shipping charges each year. I fear seeing what the costs will be at the end of the plan.
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can fit safely into a single box or envelope. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment.
