This listing is for a sealed International Collectors Society 1981 Disney stamp sheet. The sheet contains 9 stamps along with one bonus stamp (total of 10 stamps). The stamps feature Disney’s Oliver & Co characters.
The package they are in is sealed, so not only have the stamps never been used, they have also never been touched.
They will come with a Certificate of Authenticity with a limited number stamped on it.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases the shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year.
