This thank you card was mailed from the White House to a lady in Pacheco California on May 19, 1994. The card measures 6.5 by 4.25 inches. Included with the card are color photos of both Bill Clinton and Al Gore. The backs of each card gives a brief biographical sketch of each one's major political and personal events. The card and the two photos have been signed, but I'm positive they have machine signatures.
All are in very good condition but the back flap of the outer envelope has a tear, probably from first being opened.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail from Nevada. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $3.75.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year. I try to absorb the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year unfortunately, I have to if I want to stay in business. I'll try to keep it reasonable and even absorb some of the increases when possible.
