Packet is titled "In Room Dining, Guest Services Directory". This is for the Queen Mary Ship turned Hotel in Long Beach California. It is dated 1991.
Not only does it give detailed information about the shops and restaurants and entertainment center, but has information on Ghosts Myths and Legends, the Queen Mary audio tour, and Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose aircraft, aka "The Flying Boat". In the back pocket are prints with cut away diagrams of the ship, and a pamphlet titled "Queen Mary & Spruce Goose, A Big Time in History".
There is on small 1/4 inch tear on the front cover in the lower left corner where the ship is pictured, but it's along a color line and is very hard to see.
Delivery will be via USPS First Class Mail from Nevada. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $5.99.

Also, every January the postal service increases shipping charges. This year, many price increases were a bit steep with some package categories adding as much as a dollar on to an already high shipping charge. I try to absorb some of the new charges but that's getting harder with each increase.
International shipping charges also took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making a purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any international transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
