This stretch bracelet is made of summer colored elongated shell pieces. Its very colorful and will go with any outfit, year round. Some of the shells may be Mother Of Pearl or Abalone shells.
The shells are fairly thin, but not so thin that they would break. They are about 1.75 inches tall by 1/4 inch wide. Just sitting on a table, the opening is 2.25 inches but will stretch a couple of inches on the wrist. The shape of the shells remind me of very little surfboards. The shells are very vibrant in color with a shiny, clear, and crisp look. There are no chips or cracks in any of the shells.
Purchased at an estate sale, so I have no knowledge of it’s age or amount of usage.

SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable.
