Anyone who attended elementary school in the 1950s will remember this pencil sharpener.
It can be mounted on a wall or on a desk. It's made of metal and steel. Inside, the gears and cutters work just fine as I tested it with a couple of pencils.
CONDITION:
It works great. When I obtained it there was quite a bit of rust pitting, but using steel wool I was able to remove a great deal of that. There are still small amounts left, so you may want to go over it again but personally I think it's good to go. Also, sitting unsecured on my desk, there is a very slight wobble to it as one corner of the 'foot" has a slight bend upwards. When secured to a wall or desk, that wobble will go away. By the way, screws for mounting it are not included.

The weight is right at the one pound mark so if you live in or near California the delivery charge may be a little less.
