Offered is a rustic framed top off of a Dixie Queen Plug Cut tobacco tin. The tin that the top was removed from would have been from around 1910. Someone cleverly cut the top from the tin and framed it, making it a piece of wall art. It's my guess that the framing would have been done around the same time frame.
The piece measures 3 and 1/8 inches from top to bottom by 4 and 1/4 inches side to side. You'll notice in my photo that at the top of the tin, in the center, between the letter E and the letter Q that there is an indent. That's because when it was a complete tin can, that spot is where the hinged closure rested.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges.
