This Eagle head belt buckle has never been used and is still in its original store display box. It is from the Siskiyou Buckle Company in Williams Oregon.
It has an antiqued finish and is fully cast metal with 3D detailing. It measures approx. 3.5 inches across by 2 inches top to bottom. The bale has a 1.75 inch opening although the hang tag states “Fits 1-1/2 inch belt”. I’ve never added a buckle to a belt, so I’m guessing, but am not sure that the difference between those two measurements is so that the belt has a little room to move within the bale.
