This emblem is from a Honda vehicle. Problem is, I don't know which make or model. I purchased a variety of vehicle emblems at an estate sale recently and the people running the sale were employees of the estate company and had no personal knowledge regarding most items.
I did search online for information and although I didn't find this exact emblem, I did find two very similar. Neither of them stated a make or model of vehicle but both said they were off a 1971 Honda. One stated that it was the steering wheel centerpiece and is applied with epoxy or an adhesive backing. The steering wheel centerpiece idea does make sense because of the size of the emblem, but it could also be off the front grill of the car. I really have no idea where on the car this emblem would belong, so don't hold me to the placement statement.
It measures 2 and 1/8th inch top to bottom. From side to side across where it says "Honda" measures 2.5 inches. The back (pictured below) does have some type of symbols, but I can't tell you what they are.
I have not cleaned or polished the emblem. You will receive it just as I did. It looks like it just came off a car. I would imagine a small piece of steel wool will clean it right up.
Although small, when wrapped for protection it will exceed the Postal Service's quarter of an inch limit for regular First Class letter mailing. It will have to be mailed via USPS First Class Mail Package Service.
Buyer to pay USPS First Class Mail Package shipping charges of $3.99. Shipping is from Nevada.
Every January the postal service increases shipping charges. This year they went a bit overboard and are now charging based on not only weight, but also on how far a package travels. This has caused increases of up to one dollar on some packages. I try to absorb some of the new charges but that's getting harder with each increase.
COMBINED SHIPPING INFORMATION
I do combine shipping on multiple items purchased as long as all items can fit safely into a single box. However, my web host is not set up to calculate multiple item shipping costs. At checkout, you will be charged full shipping price on each item purchased and I will refund the appropriate amount of overpayment. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can send me an email with your zip code and stating which items you'll be purchasing and I'll calculate the correct combined shipping charges and send you a custom invoice.
International shipping charges also took a tremendous leap. International shipping will now depend on the country. Buyer must contact seller for international shipping charges before making a purchase. Seller reserves the right to void any international transactions where contact has not been made prior to purchasing.
All items in my listings come from either estate or garage sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
