This Tazart Collector Series laser cut sculpture is titled “End Of The Trail. At the tallest point it measures just about 6 inches. Front to back it’s 2.25 inches, and it’s 3.5 inches long. Those last two measurements were taken on the stone base. The stone that the metal bear is attached to is “Sandstone”.
The scene is of an American Indian sitting on a very weary horse. The sculpture is made of laser cut metal in a Southwest Native design. It is referred to as Petroglyphs Indian On Horseback. Metal rock art combines the natural beauty of sandstone with fusion finished laser-cut steel to create a one-of-a-kind sculpture. The metal is hand painted and then an enamel coating was applied. Both sides are different in color with the reverse side being mostly shades of dark blue-green and burnt red in color. (Sorry, my camera battery died just before snapping a picture of the reverse side, but I will add that as soon as I get a new battery).
The condition is excellent. It has its original info tag attached. It has felt circles on the bottom to avoid surface scratches. It is pre-owned, but the date is unknown to me.
Regarding the shipping cost, due to the metal and especially the weight of the stone, the method of shipping will be Priority Mail.

SPECIAL NOTE about SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly and again in November for the holiday season (so 3 times each year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their “Delivering for America” plan in which they hope to become profitable. It’s a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we’ve got years to go with multiple price increases each year. I try to absorb some of the new charges and haven't increased my shipping charges in three years. This year, unfortunately, I have to increase the shipping.
