This small decorative picture frame was designed by Jay Strongwater for Neiman Marcus" 100th anniversary. It measures 2 inches round and has a 1 inch window for a photo. There are 2 options for display usage, one is an easel back and the other is that it has a clip on attachment on back. It is hunter or emerald green enamel with gold colored gilded edges.
It is in perfect unused condition and still in its store baggie.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: Twice yearly, and again in November for the holiday season (so three times per year) the postal service increases shipping charges. This is what they call their "Delivering For America" plan in which they hope to become profitable. It's a 10 year plan that started in 2021, so we've got years to go with multiple price increases on shipping charges each year.
